Hi,
61851-1 Page 52 mentions Cs - EV Supply Equipment Capacitance. It is also present in 15118-3 page 64.
IEC specifies min value of 300pF and max value of 1600pF.
This capacitor is not present in the reference design schematics.
What is the rationale behind it? Do you expect the PCB to have natural capacitance in the range of 300-1600pF?
Should there be a capacitor inserted into the design?
