I refer to PMP 10506 to make a circuit board.
But some issues need to be fixed.
Issue 1:
I measure the Vout as 5.2 to 5.1VDC, depending on the Iout value.
I want to adjust the Vout to 5.0VDC, Is there any formula that can used?
Issue 2:
I Can't get the Iout to 6A, only 3.5A.
If the Iout is over 3.5A, the Voltage will drop out.
Where can I start check?
Issue 3:
There are ripples of the Vout, the ripple is +- 0.3~0.5V.
What components can I adjust the value to decrease the ripple value?
Question4:
The Rsyn1=40.2K ohm of the RT pin.
The Fsw should be 223.9KHz by formula.
But why does the Test report write ≈ 235KHz?
