PMP30720: Request to have Evaluation Module for testing and customize for our new design

Hi Team,

Good Day...

When I looking for wide input range power supply, I found the PMP30720 TI design module which suits for our design. Is it possible to share design calculation sheet which you prepared at designing stage and could you please provide the EVM module if any for buying. 

I like to know the few design parameters which is listed below.

1. Duty cycle (Min and Max)

2. What is the Ipk primary current

3.Please share the design calculation and formulas which will be easier to verify.

  • Hi,

    the reference desigs consists of two stages (Boost, ACF). The boost generates an output voltage of 130 V when the input is between 20 V to 130 V. Therefore the ACF must only handle an input voltage range between 130 V and 375 V. Please let me know if you want a more detailled calculation.

  • OK thanks... May i Know the PCB thickness and Copper thickness of the EVM board. Also, could you please share the design document which describes the each section working and need of circuit to function other circuits. The Application note and design document (Description of each section) will help us to understand more detail.

  • The PCB thickness is 1 ounce (35um) but it uses heatsinks to get rid of the heat. Please provide me your email then I can send you more details. We can also have a confcall if you still have questions. BTW, on monday there is public holiday, I will be back on tuesday.
