Can you please suggest the method how to calculate slope resistor for UCC28220 interleaved boost converter. The method given in datasheet is also wrong. Values calculated by the formulas mentioned in the application note are wrong.

It looks you think the down slope current cannot be sensed at current sense transformer as the primary side switch is off - if you think this is wrong - then this is the way to use to estimate slope compensation, unless you can add another current sense transformer to sense the secondary side current.
When using the current sense transformer for primary side current, -m is estimated by the same current transformer.
This approach is used in flyback converters for decades. So it is a correct approach. If what you think wrong is not this then you need to provide your finding with reasoning.
