i quiet like the design approach here, but the issue i am facing is that where to buy the magnetic parts in this design. Front End PFC coupled inductor and DC DC Transformer for CLLC stage both are little specialized parts.
i have never used coupled inductors before for PFC. i have experience of interleaved multichannel PFCs using individual discrete inductors. will we get single sourced if we go to coupled inductor and CLLC transformer with some integrated leakage inductance. i am little worried too from sourcing point of view.
