My customer would like to simulate LM10506.

but I couldn't find PSPICE model in Website.

Is there any plan to prepare it? if not, How long will it take to prepare?

Hi Go,

We do not have the PSpice model for this part, but we do have the TINA-TI model available. TINA-TI is a free simulator that we provide and it is PSpice compatible. It can be downloaded from here: http://www.ti.com/tool/tina-ti. The TINA-TI models will be uploaded to the product folder in a few days.

The TINA-TI model for LM10506 has been released to the product folder on the web today. It should show up in 1-2 days. Let me know if you need it earlier.
