Hi Ravi,
We do not have TINA-TI models for these parts at this time. For TPS55340, we have a PSpice model. I will add this to the translation queue and get back to you as soon as the TINA-TI model is ready.
For LM20333, we do not have a standalone SPICE model at this time. I would recommend that you use WEBENCH Designer (http://webench.ti.com/webench5/power/webench5.cgi?VinMin=5.00&VinMax=10.00&O1V=3.30&O1I=3.00&base_pn=LM20333&AppType=None&op_TA=30&lang_chosen=en_US&optfactor=3) to simulate your circuit for now. You can change the specifications to match your system. You can also change the components to what you are using in your application.
Best regards,
Hi Ravi,
The LM20333 TINA-TI models have been released to the product folder today. They should show up after the next web update (1-2 days). Please let me know if you have any issues accessing the models.
Thanks,
