I am not 100% sure but I think you need full TINA for monte carlo simulation.

The formal Monte Carlo analysis is not supported in TINA-TI. You can sweep variable values for worst case/sensitivity analysis.
Simply click on the Select Control Object button:
And click on the component you want to vary (you cannot vary IC's). Fill out the sweep or select a list of values to use:
Run your simulation and it will plot the results for all cases in the same window. You can use the legend to show the cases.
