Dear TI forum
There is a perticular part number TPS62402 (Dual, 400mA and 600mA, 2.25MHz Step-Down Converter with 1-Wire Interface in QFN )
eagerly waiting response from you
Thanks
Pranav.

Yes the TPS62402 fits that description. What is your specific question?
Hey Jhon,
I am extreamly sorry for the wrong typo, the quary here is i need the HSPICE model for the part number TPS62402.
Waiting for your valuble response.
Thanks
Pranav
The only model available is a pspice transient model:

BTW, what format is "HSPICE"?
The ‘H’ in HSPICE stood for the first letter of the family name of the twins Shawn and Kim Hailey. Shawn took the name Ashawna and passed away recently. You can read Ashawna’s bio with links to several obituaries on Wikipedia

HSPICE is the industry's "gold standard" for accurate circuit simulation and offers foundry-certified MOS device models with state-of-the-art simulation and analysis algorithms. With over 25 years of successful design tapeouts, HSPICE is the industry's most trusted and comprehensive circuit simulator.( synopsys)
Pranav,
We do not currently have an HSpice model for the TPS62402. We do provide a PSpice model for the device. We can also translate the PSpice model into TINA-TI (our free SPICE simulator) if that would help.
Britt
Hey Britt,
Thanks for the timely response.
As i need only HSPCIE model spice or psice model dones not work but i found couple of HSPICE model in ti website and the perticular part number is not aviable in that.
Can you please suggest an alternatate part number for TPS62402 which can solve the problem
Thanks
P
I suggest you use the Webench design tool to find suitable devices. Enter your input voltage range, output voltage and output current to choose from a list of available devices. Unfortunately, you will have to check each of them maunually to look for hspice models on the product pages. I am somewhat surprised you found any hspice models. Can you give an example part number?
Hey jhon
One of the part number example is TL431 which is a part number of TI and it has HSAPICE model
And i will also chcek up with webbench design tool
Thanks
Pranav
TL431 is a pretty old part. We may have been supporting hspice at that time. It is also just a simple voltage reference. I expect the model is not complex at all. It did not come from our power group. So far as I know we have never developed hspice models. Can you tell me about your business opportunity? If the business case is strong we may look to convert an existing model.
Hey Jhon,
Thnaks for the valubel respose.
I am working only on the HSPICE modeling which is part of the task to chcek with different types of models that spice, psice and Hspcie so working on some example of components to undersand the modeling
I got the psice and spice models but hspice models are not avilable plz chcek it out and let me some solutions of the same
Thanks
Pranav
