amplifier designer is not working

Hi there,

The amplifier designer tool doesn't seem to work here. Here is the address my browser try to open with no success:

Any thoughts? It has been several weeks since it stop working, thought of a maintenance problem...

Julien,

I just tried the link you provided and it worked for me. I have tried Chrome, IE, and Firefox and all three worked. What browser/version are you using? Can you also try launching from this page: http://www.ti.com/lsds/ti/analog/webench/amplifiers.page

Also, if possible, please try to access from another machine as well.

Hi Kris,

Thanks for the answer. I've tried with Chrome and Firefox. Empty my cache but it doesn't help. Try with a second computer running OSX but still nothing happen. My PC is running on W7 with the latest version of Chrome (35 I believe). I've just tried with the Windows firewall disabled and still nothing happen.

Is there some restriction on the access? Like by country or something?

It works using a vpn, but I can't figure why... Any clues?

I live in France by the way and it seems all French IP are blocked!

Thanks for checking. You VPN to outside of France and it works? I assume you have tried from more than one network (without VPN)? Let me ask around the team. This is the first I've heard of such an issue.

Thanks for your patience. Hopefully accessing through VPN is an okay workaround for now.
