OPA1664 Pspice model

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: OPA1664

hi all,

im  using a cadence work space |(orcad/pspice) im looking for a pspice model for OPA1664. on the web there is only TINA TI model.

there is a way to convert TINA to Pspice model?

thanks

  • David,

We usually provide a TINA reference circuit and a TINA model.
When the TINA model is downloaded, it unzips into three files.

One of the files has a .TSM extension; this is the dedicated TINA model that contains the netlist and symbol.
One of the files has a .tld extension.

The file you are interested in is the .lib file. If you import it into Cadence in the usual way it should work fine.

    Regards,
    John
