    Vlatko,

    We do not have any PSpice models for the UCC285XX family. We do not have a PSpice model for the UCC28051 either. The only device on your list that we do have a PSpice model for is the UCC28600. It requires an NDA before we could provide the unencrypted PSpice model.

    We do not provide LTSpice models as the EULA for LTSpice prevents TI from using the tool for our products.
