This is a fairly old device and at this time a spice model is not planned for it. If you provide me your specifications, I can try to recommend an alternate part which has a spice model.

We want to simulate a power-supply similar like the power-supply in app. note slyt391.
But we need a supply which can deliver a raw 120VDC/30A for about 10 seconds at an input voltage of 230Vac.
The idea is to use a N-fet for high side switching. The switching voltage is "translated" by an inverted high-side gate driver.

I am checking with the engineers who wrote the app note if there are any alternative parts that can be used. I will get back as soon as I hear back and have an alternative for you.
