I download from ST website the pspice model of the swt69n65m5 MOS N-CHAN. I want to use it iun a circuit with UCC28950, but I cannot import the library and I cannot select the device. How can I proceed? I attach the zip file with the MOSFET libraries.

You might also want to choose which model in the .zip file that you want to import. ST provides a guide on what each model should be used for and which model would address your concerns. There are several models available in the .zip file provided.
