On the datasheet of the above part, the conversion voltage range is specified to be 3V to 28V.
But when a 3.3V is applied as an input in the Vin column, the webbench shows as an invalid voltage range?

Thanks for your interest in TPS51916. The datasheet indeed specifies the minimum input voltage to be 3V but the WEBENCH® model was designed to have 5V as its minimum supported input voltage. This is a limitation of the model per-se not the device.
