Tool/software: WEBENCH® Design Tools

Hello, 

      I met  a lot difficulties about DC/DC which was burned or  damaged by high voltage or current.  Could you please give me some articles or  applications  about  Buck /Boost /Backlight failure mechanism? 

I can not search these articles on TI website

    That is kind of a broad range of topics.  Can you narrow it down somewhat?  What is your specific application with Vin, Vout and Iout?  Do you have a specific part number you are using or considering?
