Tool/software: TINA-TI or Spice Models

Is there any device accurate model of UC1825A or UC1825A-SP supported in TINA-TI simulation tool? Don't see it in the standard library. If supported - where I can download it from.

    Vlad,

    We do not currently have a model for the UC1825A in TINA-TI. I believe that Intusoft and PSpice have a model built into their simulator and AEi has the model in their library. I do not think that these models will translate into TINA-TI directly.

    You might contact AEi directly to see if they have a TINA-TI model for the device as they have made them for other devices in the past.
