WEBENCH® Tools/PMP20001: PMP20001 and the webench solution comparison

Part Number: PMP20001

Tool/software: WEBENCH® Design Tools

I  would like to add an AC to DC power  in to my design. I need 12V 1A and 5V 1A outputs . I am having Atmel 2560 micro controller in my design. My questions are ;

1- Is there a more compact reference design with the design files included for Altium designer?

2- I tried Webench application but I got even a larger size solution. Please see the attached Webench report below. The suggested solution consists of 3 modules with 3 different ICs.

3-  I also have to select a transformer for the suggested solution  and In the attached Webench report I couldn't find the Vaux . The Wurth Electronics transformer selection tool asks for Vaux as well. So which value should I use for Vaux from the webench report?. Also in that transformer selection tool, for output1 (controlled ) it asks for Vo1 and Io1. I used 24V and 675.89mA respectively from the webench report correct?Also is the topology used in the solution referred as discontinuous conduction mode?If not which of those 3 topology in the trasnformer selector shall I choose?Please see the attached screenshot from the Transformer selection tool.
