TIDA-00254: I need to upload the patterns to the projector every time I restart

Hello everyone,

I am configuring the software DLP LightCrafter 4500 3D Scan Application in my computer with an IDS camera. Every time that I restart this application I have to upload all the patterns to the projector and due to that problem the performance of the application is very slow. Every time that I reconnect the projector to this software I have to upload it (Also when I use the reconnection option).

I would appreciate every help.

Hi Josu,

When you say that you have to upload all the patterns to the projector every time you restart, what step are you referring to? The way that TIDA-00254 is setup should allow you to only have to use option 2 "Prepare DLP Lightcrafter 4500" once, just so that the right firmware is loaded to the device.

After you've run option 2 once, you should be able to power cycle as much as you like without needing to do it again.

Thanks for your answer Paul,

I have noticed that it was a hardware issue, I have try with another LCr4500 proyector and the problem has disappeared.
