Tool/software: TINA-TI or Spice Models
I have downloaded model from TI and followed suggested steps but simulation is getting stuck after 1.1ms.
The simulation was run for 2 hrs still no results.
The EVM schematic has n-channel mosfet whereas provided tina reference design has p-channel mosfet. Can this be an issue ?

I simulated the TPS51120 TINA-TI (Transient) Reference Design available on web and
it worked properly in TINA-TI Version 9.3.150.328 SF-TI after making one change in Transient Analysis window. I changed "Calculate Operating Point" option to "Use Initial conditions".
Below is the simulation result:
You can try this if you are simulating this model in TINA-TI Version 9.3.150.328 SF-TI.
Otherwise, could you please confirm which version of TINA you are you using? The model was developed in TINA-TI version 7.0.80.224 SF and it can cause some troubles for different versions.

Hi Sandeep,
I do not see any PMOS in TINA reference design.
Both drivers has only NMOS and that is the reason we have bootstrapping capacitors to bias them.
