TINA/Spice/TLV2372: Bode Gain Plot in actual magnitude instead of dB

Hi Team,

Is it possible to change a setting in TINA so that I can get a Bode plot with actual magnitude on the y-axis instead of dB? I would like to see the actual level response vs the normalized response.

    Double-click on the vertical axis of the plot and the Set Axis window will appear.

    In the Scale pull-down on the lower left you can select Linear-dB, Linear or Logarithmic.

    Select the one you want, and it will re-scale the vertical axis accordingly.

    Perfect, thank you for the quick response. I have one more question for you..

    If I want to only look at the dB in terms of Vout instead of looking at dB in terms of Vout/Vin, is that possible to achieve?

    I'm not sure if I can do that with a Bode plot, but if you have any insight that would be great!

    What's shown is in fact the absolute value rather than Vout/Vin. However, in TINA Vin is fixed to 1 in AC sim.

    A workaround is to insert a VCVS to convert Vin to the actual input. E.g. if your input signal swings 1mV, you will set the VCVS' gain to 0.001. You will see a 60dB difference in the gain plot.
