Hi Sudha,
We do not have a spice model available for this device. What do you want to simulate here? If it is just the arethmetic functionality, then you can use the Controlled Source Wizard to implement this.
You can find more details in this video on how to do this: training.ti.com/how-use-controlled-source-wizard-tina-titm-simulator
Hi Nikhil, I cannot find the MPY100 or MPY634 in the link you provide here. Can you help provide a link to get the TINA model of this device? If you cannot find one, can you help provide some method how to use the Controlled Source Wizard to implement this? Thank you very much.
Hi Charles,
You can use the controlled source wizard to implement arbitrary functions using voltages and currents. Please refer to the following video for details. You can use this to implement the basic functionality of these ICs.
Hi Sudha,
I was able to dig up an old macro model for the MPY364 that we created a few years ago, you can find the original thread here e2e.ti.com/.../438832 . As Nikhil mentioned, it's built using controlled sources so feel free to modify, customize it and expand it to MPY100. I have attached the macro model and a test bench from the thread.MPY634_TB.TSC
