Dear Sir/Madam,

We use your chips XTR111AIDGQRG4, TLV3201AIDCK,TPS62150RGT,LM43601PWPT in our products. It will be greatly appreciated if you can help us on the problem that we meet as below.

We need to do components FMEA (Failure Mode Effect Analysis) for our product, so we need reference failure rate (λ) of these chips.

We adopt SN29500(a general failure rate database) to calculate the component’s failure rate, according the method in SN29500, we need know the number of transistors the chip contains.( <30? 30-300?300-3000? >3000?), then achieve the λ of the chip, method of SN29500 just as below table shows.

So,

Could you please tell us the approximate quantity of the transistors these chips contains?
Or else, please provide us the materials of reliability of these chip that you have.(it will also be helpful if you can provide us the λ directly. )

At this time transistor count is considered TI Proprietary information, Maximum restriction, so we are unable to disclose that information.

thank you for your reply. We don't need accurate count, just a approximately number is ok, like( <30? 30-300?300-3000? >3000?).
Yes, I reviewed your standard quality information but unfortunately, it's confidence level is 60%, we need the value base on confidence level >70%.
