WEBENCH® Tools/LMK03328: WEBENCH project could not be created

Tool/software: WEBENCH® Design Tools

Hello WEBENCH Team,

Customer try to simulate LMK03328 using WEBENCH. But WEBENCH keep showing 'Project could not be created' sentence and simulation is not proceed.

Would you please let me know how to solve this issue?
