TIDA-00355: Regulator for 42V 5A output Li-ion Charger

Hello,

We have a li-ion battery pack(10s4p) with voltage ratings max. 42V. 

We are trying to build a simple charger for output ratings 42V and current of 5A or greater and with input AC voltage of max 240V, 50Hz. Can I get some information regarding the regulator part.

A regulator with output of 42V and 5A or greater. Are there any IC's available for this regulator or any circuit design for low cost and high efficiency. I had gone through WEBENCH but I was not able to get the required parts. Could you suggest few IC's or circuits, or even few references which my help in our application.

    Hi Sandeep,

    I think TIDA-00355 can cover your requirement, it can support up to 42VDC battery charger with high line input.

    in the other hand, you also can consider ucc29950, which is CCM PFC and LLC Combo Controller, it can also can be used for charger.
