Hi Team,

Please help me answer the follow question from my customer, thank you so much.

One of my customer cannot use the WEBENCH, the screenshot is attached.
Can you let me know the reason?

    Hi Liu,
     
    As discussed over the mail, if customer is facing the issue now.
    Could you please request customer to try the following
     
    1.       Clear browser cache and try connecting again.
    2.       Try accessing from outside his company network / firewall to see if he can access the site. (from the below screenshot it appears to be a firewall/proxy issue at customer end)
     
    kindly let us know if the issue still persist?
