Part Number: TIDA-00951
Hello,
i looked at the BOM files and i noticed that some of the components are not available for sale any more.
How can I replace them?
Best regards
Michael
Hi, Michael
Could you show me those components not available, and the components your replacement.
Hi thank you for replying!
i am a student that want to build that unit , and i am little bit lack of confident to choose substitute myself.
thank you for the help.

Another question - i am not sure what the xx is stand for - since i cannot find this part at Coilcaft website i am asking that question.
T3 xx mH FIS1xx Coilcaft Transformer, Current Sense 0.591 x 0.693 inch
best regards
Michael
Hi, Michael
After looking through your list, only the MOSFET may have some effect to the efficiency, you can try that one.
for the FIS1xx, it is an 50:1 current transformer. Please choose FIS105NL from PULSE.
Hi thank you for the answer~!
did you add a link or a serial number for new part or that you suggest that i will use the one that i mention?
" After looking through your list, only the MOSFET may have some effect to the efficiency, you can try that one. "
Best regards!
Michael
also there is an alternative for those transformers? i find it difficult to get them.
T1 | 1 | 750343383R01 | Wurth Elektronics | TRANSFORMER, 4.5uH, 10%, THRU-8P | ||||
T2 | 1 | 750343382R02 | Wurth Elektronics | TRANSFORMER, 45uH, THRU-20P |
T4 | 1 | 38uH | 750343341 | Wurth Elektronik | Transformer, 50 uH, SMT |
as well as , is that component ok for use?
note that the current is 10A and not 2A as mention in BOM.
as a replacement for :
Q10 | 1 | 600V | AOT10N60 | AOS | MOSFET, N-CH, 600 V, 2 A, DPAK |
best regards,
Michael
I think you already listed the substitutes as below
Obsolete TK16E60W5,S1VX Toshiba MOSFET, N-CH, 600 V, 915.6A, TO-220
Substitute STP28N65M2
Hi,
For those magnetics compoents, you may contact Wurth Elek for samples or datasheet.
and for the Q10, you could choose AOT10N60 as the BoM listed.
