Tool/software: WEBENCH® Design Tools

Hello support team,

I can't find thermal simulation tool in WEBENCH new interface. Customer would like to change PCB copper size and confirm junction temperature. Does new interface support it? Or can I use thermal simulation in old interface?

    Koji-san,

    We currently do not have the thermal simulation feature in our roadmap in the new WEBENCH tool. However, we have a thermal alerts feature which will alert you if the junction temperature of the components such as the IC or MOSFET is exceeded when you select alternate components in the design.

    You can access the old tool by clicking "Open in Classic Flash Tool" within the new tool and then click in the "Thermal Simulation" tab
