TIDA-01471: Source code to read sensor value?

Dear Ahmad,

I am using the TIDA-01471 circuit to read an accelerometer with model (805). But I have a problem by reading the sensor valus via SPI interface. I'm trying to read these values by using a raspberry pi. 
In the circuit documentation there is no info about using SPI commands to read and control ADS127L01. So my question is, do i need to send commands to ADC modulator to start reading senosr values? and if yes, what are they ? and how to do it?

could you please provide as with simple C source code to read the ADC values?

    Hello Mohamad

    thank you for your interest in our reference design. For the specific SPI commands of the ADS127L01 please refer to its datasheet ()  chapter 8.5 on slide 46. Table 19 also provides you with a list of commands you have to use to start conversion and read out the data.

    For testing the reference design TIDA-01471 we have been using a lab test system which is actually programmed in assembler. Unfortunately, we do not have a C code available which we can share.

    I am going to forward you request also to the ADC product team to support you on the specific ADC SPI commands.
