Hi,

I am about to finalize the point of load design and to have more confidence on my design it would be helpful if I get spice mode for this part. Could you please help me to get the right model so that I can simulate the same?

If spice model is not available then atleast cold you please provide me the test results of any eval board from your end which specifies all parameters and test so that I can use the same as reference to finally select this part.

1. TPS65263, TPS65263-Q1 and TPS65268-Q1 are the same family devices.

TPS65263-Q1 has Pspice model, you can use it to do the AC simulation.

2. As a best design practice, suggest you to reference TPS65263EVM reference design, which has been validated.

Hi, Thanks for your quick response. We tried using the simulation model shared by you on that link but we get the following error while we run the same. Could you please help us to resolve the error so that we can run the model?

What tool are you using?

TI suggests to use Cadence - Capture CIS to run this model.

Hi,

We are using LT spice for simulation.

Could you please provide model which can work with LT spice and also if you have test results which show stability of this component? Loop response and all in detail with change in load transients?

1. No model for LT spice.

2. You can find the waveform of load transient test in the datasheet.

3. I found TPS65263 provides TINA model and reference design, you can use it to do the AC simulation.
