PMP11302: Can the input voltage be increased to 690V?

Hi,

The reference design PMP11302 claims to operate within a voltage range 166VAC to 528VAC. I would like to know if by making the proper adjustments I can increase the max voltage up to 690V three phase. Would the UCC28881 still work reliably?
