WEBENCH® Tools/UC1637: Anyone have a PSPICE model of the UC1637?

Does anyone in the forum have a UC1637 PSPICE model? I searched TI, but there was no PSPICE model associated with this component.

Yes. We don't have a pspice model for UC1637.

What application do you want to do? Why do you pick UC1637?

Hello,

The application is for DC motor control. It is what is used in the current circuitry, I am trying to model in PSPICE to understand the different behavior/scenarios.

Is there any way to obtain a PSPICE model for this component? Or is there an exact similar part to the UC1637 but maye not space, mil grade? a commercial grade perhaps?

An advise would be great!

Tim,

TI doesn't have the PSPICE model team right now. All existing model can be found from www.ti.com/.../spice-library.html

I didn't find a device function is same as UC1637.
