Actually I want to drive 3 kw bldc motor for EV application with my controller.
So is this design TIDA-00281 suitable initially to drive for 1KW bldc motor and
further to drive 3kw bldc can i modify the design with minimal changes.
Plz suggest suitable ref design .

Thanks for your reply.
For increasing the power level, the first thing is the power FET. then fine tune the driver ON and off resistance for switching speed as well noise level. We may need also check 12V power supply power rating, does the bias provide enough power. Other stuff would the the current sensing range.
I would recommend you match your spec and comparing with the TIDA-00281, and identify the difference one by one for your final design. for any specific question on gate driver, please let us know.
