I found the transformer pin-out of our reference design is different form 750312791 datasheet.

Could you help to confirm it?

Ben,

You are correct. There is an error with the schematic transformer pin numbers as it relates to the most recent transformer drawing pin number assignment. The PCB layout in the test report is correct and the error is only on the schematic itself.

Pins 1 and 6 should be swapped on the schematic.
