PMP40436: TPS560430 / Vin value for Thermal image?

Dear TSP56xx/PMP team,

1)Customer has an issue on a custom board where the IC temperature is rising high than expected.
Could we arrange a quick schematics/PCB check?
Condition are comparable (20V diff between In and out, Iout: 0.120mA) as the below PMP.

What is the Vin DC value that correspond to the Thermal image shown in section 2.3?
I am trying to understand which one of the measurements of section 2.2 correspond to this thermal image!
Is it for the worst thermal scenario (ie lowest efficiency: 86.1% being measured) of the the best thermal scenario (ie highest efficiency)?

It could have made sense to publish a thermal image for different measurements done. For example:
