Please advise me on my question
I tried to simulate DFF using the PSPICE but I cannot get expected results.
I place DFF from the standard library (Place =>Place PSpice components=> Logic =>DFF )
and respective signal source for Clock and Data in. They are toggled every 10 ns and 10 ns respectively.
When I checked the Q and /Q, both outputs are stayed 0 V.
Can you let me know how to fix this problem.

Would you please open your schematic, select the DFF and right click, then select "View PSpice Model"? Let me know what comes up.

That's a problem with the model. I'll assign this thread to someone who can get that fixed.
As a workaround, please delete "nom_pspti.lib" from your simulation profile, on the tab "configuration files" -> "Library":
