Hi,

TIDA-00951 main board prototype has been manufactured with gerber file supplied on the TI web page. I will get PCB prototypes of  TIDA-01141 Currrent Measurement Module, TIDA-01159 Gate Drive Module, and TIDA-01281 Communication Module soon. But I can not go forward because i have not firmware for TIDA-01281 Communication Module. I have requested the firmware from TI a couple of times, but i have not received an approval message from them yet. I can not understand why they do not approve it. I have been using TI' s battery management ICs, Li-Ion charger ICs, evaluation modules, mosfets, software etc since 2007.

I have a couple of questions about TIDA 00951,

1) Does the combination of the TIDA-00951 and TIDA-01141 and TIDA-01159 work properly? (without TIDA-01281 Communication Module).  Or is there any way to operate it somehow?

2) If the firmware for TIDA-01281 is not supplied from TI, is it available to get flow chart of TMS320F28033 MCU? Because developing our own software would be second way to complete project.

    I see you are in the approved mail list already. I think you need to use the exact same mail account to login TI.com.

    1)  TIDA-00951 should not operate without firmware, what is the meaning of 'work properly'?

    2) I think the firmware is developed by an TI engineer, he may not release it to anywhere else.

    I have already used the same mail account to login everytime. And clicked on the "Request" button following to download the software. Should I use another page on the TI web site? Would you please tell me where to download the software?

    It seem the link is not shown on your view of design page, I don't know where the problem is.

    But you should have received a email including the download link,  in the first time of your request, . If you can not find that email now, you can submit a new request with a new account.
