TIDA-01036: Buy the board

Andrew, unfortunately, this particular design is both rather old (released 2016) and when it was developed we didn't have plans to make it available for purchase. If this design were released closer to today, perhaps we would have had some sample inventory left over that the customer might be able to have it given to them free of charge. 

The overall strategy for our TI reference designs is to provide the necessary design files and test reports to the customer such that they can replicate the design themselves based on their own customer subsystem requirements.
