CC2541: New PCB design with CC2541 and not able to active the chip CC2541 to connect with CCDebugger

Hi,

My thread is locked, i don't know why. Please give me your solution

It is a new PCB design is followed by the reference PCB design given below

I am not able to see in the CCDebugger and no I am not getting a green light. I have used IAR 8051 10 but getting linking error as below

I am not able to find IAR 8051 8.20 as well

If you connect your CC2541 custom PCB with CC Debugger and start Flash Programmer (make sure you use Flash Programmer not Flash Programmer 2), can Flash Programmer recognize your CC2541? If not, can you post your schematics and debugger connection?

For download IAR 8051 8.20 version, I suppose you need to contact IAR for help.

Hi Shah,

The previous thread was locked since no reply had been given in over a month's time. Continuing with Fredrik's question, can you share images of your setup? Please make sure that the debug pins are all correct (preferably with logic analyzer or oscilloscope confirmation) and that their length is as short as possible. I will loop in the hardware team but you can also submit your custom design to SIMPLELINK-2-4GHZ-DESIGN-REVIEWS
