CC2651R3: Migrating example project to custom board

Hi,

I'm using a custom board with CC2651R31T0RGZR, and trying to migrate some example projects from the SDK 6_20_00_29 ->ble5stack to the custom board. The closest examples I can find are from LP_CC2651P3 and LP_CC2651R3SIPA, but in the syscofig tool neither project allows me to change the device to CC2651R3RGZ. Is there any recommendation on how to start the migration?

Hi Liangnan,

As described in the Running Software Examples on the CC13x1x3 or CC26x1x3 module of the BLE5-Stack User's Guide, please start with a CC2651P3 software example and make the changes recommended by the guide.

Thanks Ryan. I was able to migrate the CC2651P3 examples to CC2651R3 successfully and loaded the simple_peripheral project on my custom board. However I'm not seeing the two types of advertisement from BLE scanner, I was able to confirm GapAdv_create and GapAdv_enable calls are successful during debug session. The example project is compiled as is as at this point what I need to verify the two types of advertisement from the stack (legacy vs extended). Any recommendation on how to verify if the stack is sending the advertisement?
