I'm working on a project related to TI Bluetooth low energy product.
is is possible to configure the detection rage of the BLE device with firmware or whatever ?
I'm not talking about signal power level (RSSI).
in general, the detection range of the BLE is about 50 meter.
so I want to make it 1 meter.

Hi,
The minimum output power we support is -21dBm. This would theoretically give you a range somewhere around 20 meters with no antenna gain.
To make this feasible you might need to make an external filter which attenuates the signal (both in and out) using e.g. a Pi filter after the DC block capacitor using 50 ohm as both input and output impedance. You can estimate the needed resistor values using a calculator such as the one showed here:
