I'm using cJTAG and can't seem to figure out the problem. I removed all the jumpers from the launchpad and it still won't work. I made sure the launchpad works and the connection from the CC2640 to the launchpad works. The only thing I was unable to confirm is whether or not the CC2640 actually worked. The CC2640RSM is brand new so I doubt that it's broken.I

If the CC2640 starts smoking when you apply power to the board, you have an incorrect connection or bad solder joint somewhere.
What happens if you only connect a power source to you board?
