Can I replace CC2564MODNEM with CC256XQFNEM？What's the difference between them?

I have two CC256XQFNEM, After power up, there is nothing output at the TX_DEBUG_1V8.

But CC2564MODNEM works fine.

I found that the 26M oscillator didn't work, and HCI_RTS_1V8 has always been high.
What should I do?

I think you should be able to use the CC2564MODNEM board.

The MODN board has a built in slow clock, while the older XQFNEM requires it to be provided (can be done by soldering on a crystal oscillator)
