CCS/CC2541: how to test BLE_Bridge project with CC2541

I am newbie this area, so please give me some instructions,

how can I test CC2541 chip and uart function performance with serial communication program?

What instructions do you need exactly? The page you linked is very thorough in setting up an environment to test the serial communications with a CC2541 device.
