CC2640: MSP-DSPLIB on CC2640

I want know if the integration of DSPLIB (digital signal processing library) possible or not with CCS studio with target board CC2640.

Hi,

The CC2640 device does not support the MSP-DSPLIB. This specific library uses the Low-energy accelerator (LEA) of MSP430 - and the CC2640 device does not have this accelerator.

If you need DSP capabilities on CC2640 device, I recommend to have a look to the CMSIS DSP Software libraries provided by ARM.As the CC2640 device has a Cortex M3 core, this will be the best option.

To finish, you may want to review our CC2642R device. With its Cortex M4F core and its larger memory, this device is probably a better choice for SP operations.
