LAUNCHXL-CC26X2R1: RTLS UI ERROR

Dear team,

The customer used the CC26X2 development board, and he brushed the MASTER program.

The previous step was able to recognize that it supports AOA and -less-AoA, but up to this step he kept reporting errors.

He restarted and tried many times, and the python environment was also installed. He changed my computer and tried other browser, but it kept reporting RTLS UI ERROR.

Please help.

It looks like you are using SDK 4.40.04.04.

Could you please instead use SDK 4.40.00.44 (https://www.ti.com/tool/download/SIMPLELINK-CC13X2-26X2-SDK/4.40.00.44)

It seems like an issue has been introduced in the SDK 4.40.04.04 - I will look into this.

Hi,

I have tried and I did not manage to reproduce.Both SDK 4.40.04.04 and SDK 4.40.00.44 are working properly.

Please make sure you have properly followed the guidelines provided in <SDK>/tools/ble5stack/rtls_agent/README.html

I'm following the rules readme.html . but I kept reporting errors. Can you tell from the errors that there is something wrong with the configuration of my computer

Hi,

I have hear about some issues with Windows systems not configured in English language.The user decided to use a Raspberry Pi instead of his Windows system.

At the moment this is the only idea I am thinking of.
