Continuation of a previous request (loading program to TIDA-01624 using CCS)

This is a continuation of my previous question of the following link:

Last time when I disconnect the USB I noticed the same thing  like the following issue:

e2e.ti.com/.../xds110-hangs-after-gel-output-memory-map-initialization-complete-in-launchpad-sbp-project

Can you please let me know what could be the reason for this?
