Hello Everybody, just to make sure we are on a right way I want to clarify does the TIDA-00096 has the FDA approval or not?

I believe TIDA-00096 is actually owned by the Bluetooth Low-Energy group. They should be able to respond to your inquiry.

Hi Alexander,

No, it does not have FDA approval. It is a reference design that you can use and modify as needed for your own design. You are responsible for all approvals that are needed to sell your equipment. Please see the "STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR EVALUATION MODULES" and "IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR TI REFERENCE DESIGNS" sections at the end of the document.
