CC2640: txPower IB and GC configuration

Hi Experts,

I was not able to find out the  detailed description for txPower IB anc GC bits settings vs. expected dBm.
Do I have to use the value which SmartRF Studio shows?

If there is any document for IB and GC bits setting against the dBm, please let me know.
