Recently I have received some requirements about BT from my customer, the requirements as follows:

Bluetooth Standard 4.0
Power Class 1 Device (100 mW)
Distance 20 m

Can I use CC2541-Q1 ? or you have better recommendation?

I would suggest you to use CC2642R1 or CC2640R2F for new BLE design.

Is it automotive grade?

Compare with CC2541-Q1 what advantage CC2640R2F has?

CC2640R2F has automotive grade version which is CC2640R2F-Q1. CC2640R2F-Q1 has better performance and consumes less power than CC2541-Q1.
